Breaking Down the Reviews Tab

0:00 Hey, in this video we're going to cover the reviews tab, which is located within the reputation tab and the left side menu.
0:06 So as you can see off the bat, you can actually search reviews, but this will only allow you to search the message body and not by name.
0:12 So if you type a keyword like a great, great experience, it'll kind of pull all the reviews in with that keyword.
0:17 You can respond within the message body here as well. So this will actually post publicly to the review so you can respond within the system.
0:24 Here's your overall rating. This is the sentiment, uh, derived from the review over here. You can also filter by the network. So Google on Facebook are the only two supported currently.
0:33 Um, minimum rating, so you can select a minimum rating and again, you can address those individually. And then the maximum rating as well as the start date and end date.
0:42 Say you're running a review campaign, this is powerful to use if you're trying to see how many reviews you generated within a specific month.
0:48 Um, if you would like to send a review, you can push it from here and this will give the option to search the customer name or email a phone number.
